I run VIBES TOURISM: a guide to spiritual books and to the places in Japan where the air, somehow, feels different.
The word bibliomancy is an old one. It means divination by books — the practice of opening a book at random and reading whatever your eyes land on, treating that line as a message. I’ve been quietly drawn to that practice for a long time. The idea that a page can find you at the moment you need it. That a book can speak.
On this site, I write about:
- Spiritual books that make life a little lighter
- Power spots in Japan — shrines, mountains, places where vibes shift
- Inns and lodgings worth seeking out near sacred sites
- Small objects of fortune that quietly bring something to daily life
I write without pressure. Without insistence. The way you’d browse a slightly unusual bookshop you wandered into by accident.
